getting frustrated

no sales in two days.  I thought after one, people were seeing my page and I would get more.  I go to Google Dashboard and I get hit but no one buys.  I guess I need to do more home work on SEO stuff but I start back to work tomorrow and I have a feeling the web site will be neglected for awhile!
